These terms govern the use of Dr. John Malpartida's website. By browsing it, using the assessment form, or writing to us through our contact channels, you accept what is described below.
1. Site owner
This site is operated by JM PLASTIC SURGERY S.A.C., tax ID (RUC) 20612023019, with premises at C. Las Caobas 152, La Molina, Lima, Peru.
2. The content is informational
The texts, photographs and procedure descriptions published here are for guidance. They are written to help you understand what each intervention involves, not to replace a professional's judgement on your particular case.
3. The online assessment is not a diagnosis
The assessment form gathers preliminary information to prepare your consultation. It is not a diagnosis, it does not determine whether you are a candidate for a procedure, and it does not establish a surgical plan. Those decisions can only be made in an in-person clinical evaluation.
Completing the form does not book or confirm an appointment either: it starts a conversation to arrange one.
When you submit the form, your details are recorded so that we can handle your request. The Privacy Policy sets out what is recorded, who it is shared with and how long it is kept.
4. Results and expectations
The outcome of any procedure depends on each person's anatomy, health, habits and healing response. The published cases are real patients who expressly authorised their publication and are shown for reference only: they are not a promise of an equivalent result for anyone else.
The duration and recovery times shown for each procedure are indicative and may vary from case to case.
5. Intellectual property
The name, logo, texts, photographs and videos on this site belong to Dr. John Malpartida or are used with his authorisation. Their reproduction, distribution or modification without written consent is prohibited, especially in the case of patient images.
6. Permitted use of the site
The assessment form is intended for people aged eighteen (18) or over. If you are a minor, do not use it without the authorisation of a parent or guardian.
You agree to use the site in good faith and to provide truthful information. The information you give us is used to prepare your care, so inaccurate details may affect the quality of that preparation.
You may not attempt to access non-public areas of the site, interfere with its operation, submit forms by automated means or extract its content automatically.
7. Third-party links and services
The site links to WhatsApp, Google Maps, Waze and social networks. Those services are outside our control and are governed by their own terms and policies; we are not responsible for their operation or their content.
8. Site availability
We aim to keep the site continuously available, but interruptions may occur due to maintenance or causes beyond our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Peruvian law. Any dispute arising from their interpretation or application shall be submitted to the courts of Lima, Peru.
As a consumer, you retain the rights granted to you by the Consumer Protection and Defence Code (Law No. 29571). Our Complaints Book is available on this same site.
